This Privacy Policy explains how Suyunti VPN (the 'Service', 'we', or 'us') collects, uses, stores, and protects personal information when you download, install, or use the mobile application (the 'App'). We provide the Service under this policy and take reasonable steps to protect user privacy.

When you download and launch the App, we may collect operational data needed to provide the Service, including Internet Protocol (IP) address, device operating system version, in-app access path, connection status, and session duration. To recommend routes and improve performance, we may process approximate location or network-environment information. These data are used to: 1. recommend connection options based on Suyunti VPN node distribution; 2. identify regional connection quality through anonymized statistics; and 3. send necessary service updates, security notices, or account messages.

We may transmit anonymized or aggregated data to necessary third-party service providers, such as Google Play Services and Firebase, for crash analysis, feature improvement, and service reliability. Except where required by law, needed to protect users, used to prevent fraud, or handled by contracted service providers under confidentiality obligations, we do not sell or share personal information with third parties. You may stop new App data collection by uninstalling the App through your device's standard process.

User-provided data will be retained during the service period and for a reasonable retention period afterward. To close your account or request profile deletion, contact our privacy team at [email protected]. The App is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If such data is discovered, we will delete it after verification. Guardians may also contact us through the same email. We use physical, electronic, and administrative safeguards to protect data.
