This agreement is a legal contract between you and Suyunti VPN (the 'Service Provider') regarding the download, installation, and use of the mobile VPN application (the 'App').
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read and accepted these terms. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, extract source code, translate App text, or create derivative versions without authorization. Intellectual property rights related to the App belong to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features or fees and will notify users appropriately. You are responsible for device security and account confidentiality, and we advise against jailbreaking or rooting devices.
The Service may integrate necessary third-party services, including Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics. When using related features, you are also subject to those third-party terms.
Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment, including Wi-Fi or mobile data. Issues caused by device arrears, data limits, poor signal, carrier restrictions, or roaming fees are the user’s responsibility. Using the App outside Wi-Fi may generate mobile data charges. Before using it abroad, make sure you have permission from the bill payer.
Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. If service access fails because of battery depletion, system settings, third-party service changes, or network conditions, we are not liable for related direct or indirect losses. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may publish updates from time to time, and you agree to install new versions when necessary. The Service Provider may adjust or terminate service within a reasonable scope; after termination, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the App.

Non-Refund Policy: Software licenses, digital product access, and activated subscription services are generally final once delivered, and no-refund requests are not accepted without a valid service issue.

Unauthorized Use: Refunds will not be provided if licenses, accounts, or digital access rights are shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization. Related accounts may also be restricted.
